Dear Dr. Bragman,

Enclosed you will find the completed first work sheets for the Independent Living teen using your correspondence course.  The code name for this student will be  XXXXXXX and her birth date is XXXXXXXX .

Initially we discussed weekly lesson and skills sheets.  After meeting with this teen and explaining the course in more detail I would like to change this to twice a month.  This teen attends school, is involved with extra curricular, and also maintains a part-time job.  Due to her load I agree with her that twice-monthly lesson would be approbate.  If you could send the lesson and skill sheets to me around the first and fifteenth of each month, this would be a good working span for her, which would not overload her or lead to burnout.  As before upon completion she will mail the skill sheets to me at which time I will forward the material on to you.  If you have questions or concerns regarding this time frame please contact me so we can discuss this.

Once again I would like to let you know how wonderful I think the information is that you have compiled.  The readability is great for young adults, which makes it easy for them to comprehend and retain the information.  The information is very useful and complete.  My thanks to you again for making my job so much easier and more effective.
